  Honestly the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They take forever, never offer to go above and beyond by offering a free drink for taking 5-7 minutes per car order. This job is not hard at all, I've worked Starbucks for years and it's not hard by any means. This location is right off the interstate and they staff two people, on a Saturday, in the afternoon. Terrible staffing, understaffed and unprofessional employees. Management basically non existent. I really hope the higher up district and regional management read these and make the right choice and hire more people, and hire some guys because there are honestly two men I've seen work there and the rest are all women. They also talk about customers after they leave in front of OTHER customers if they gave them a hard time for getting their drink wrong 3 times. This place seriously needs some motivated, organized, and customer centric employees. The place still hasn't got it together and it has a 2.3 rating. The execs clearly don't care about this location and have written it off as a total loss.
